When I joined Praktika, it was an eight-person startup.
The product was still taking shape, and much of the experience needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.

Design is often a user's first encounter with a product, so we quickly brought structure to the experience and a consistent visual language to the interface. That foundation let us grow the app without costly redesigns at every step.

As Praktika grew, it gained a stronger position in the market, earned investor confidence, secured significant funding, and began scaling rapidly.

We expanded the team, tested new features, and kept improving the experience.
